MYSverse Logo

MYSverse Logomark

The logomark is 4 right-angled triangles bordering a square containing a modern, angled hibiscus, the national flower of Malaysia.

The 4 triangles symbolise the 4 co-founders of [MYS] Malaysia, the predecessor of MYSverse.

The square represents the platform we were founded on and mainly operate on, Roblox, and the hibiscus serves as a symbol of the community we represent and the nationally themed experiences we create.

MYSverse Logotype

Our logotype is typed in the Outfit font, available in Google Fonts.

It features our name stylised in lowercase, with the "MYS" portion being slightly bolder than the latter.

The second "e" uses an alternate character that is angled upwards.

Despite the similarities when used on a light background, the logotype when used in colour is a darker shade of grey and not black.

MYSverse Sim Logo

MYSverse Sim is our dedicated realism-focused subset of the MYSverse community, including virtual simulations of politics, military, police, fire services and other government operations in a roleplay context with a focus on educational entertainment (edutainment).

Name and Stylisation

We are legally registered as MYSverse Digital Ventures and go by MYSverse as our commonly used name.

In official/formal contexts, avoid using other names, such as the casual abbreviation "MYS" commonly used within the community, as the term can be ambigious and confusing to those outside it.

In text form, the name "MYSverse" is to be stylised as such and not "MYSVerse". Use the lower-case V instead of the upper-case V.

Additionally, "MYSverse Sim", our realistic roleplay community, should not be stylised as "MYSverse SIM". It's "Sim" as in "Simulation", not "SIM" as in "SIM card".

When referring to our sub-divisions and communities, please take note of the language used:

Community and Fan Use

We welcome the community to incorporate MYSverse branding into non-commercial, fan-created content without prior written permission, provided such use:

• Is non-commercial (see definition below)
• Does not misrepresent the content as officially produced, endorsed, or sponsored by MYSverse
• Does not place our branding in contexts that could be perceived negatively or reflect poorly on the brand (e.g. real-world political controversy, hate speech, NSFW material, or association with harmful activities)
• Preserves the integrity of the logo (no distortion, recolouring outside our palette, or modification of the logomark or logotype)

What "non-commercial" means: Use is non-commercial if you are not charging money, taking payment, or otherwise profiting from the work bearing our branding. Publishing free content to the public — including releasing a community-made vehicle, build, or asset for use in MYSverse experiences such as Sumaya or Lebuhraya — is not considered commercialisation and does not require permission.

Acceptable examples (no permission needed):

• Using the MYSverse logomark as a sponsor decal, tyre sidewall, or livery on a vehicle released in Sumaya, Lebuhraya, or other MYSverse experiences
• Featuring the logo on a billboard, jersey, or in-world prop inside a community-made experience
• Including the logo in fan art, screenshots, or community videos that reference MYSverse positively
• Displaying our branding on a personal portfolio referencing MYSverse work or involvement

Examples requiring written permission:

• Selling merchandise, paid game passes, paid Roblox UGC, or any monetised product featuring MYSverse branding
• Use by another organisation or community as part of their own identity
• Promotional material for external events not affiliated with MYSverse
• Modified or adapted versions of the logo (see Adaptations for Affiliated Organisations)
• Any use that implies official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation

When in doubt, please contact the MYSverse Administration before use.

Adaptations for Affiliated Organisations

• If you're part of an affiliated organisation, you may adapt our logo following our adaptation guidelines.
• Affiliated organisations include those under a MYSverse internal team (administration, moderation, development, content, IP protection) or MYSverse Sim roleplay agencies (police, military, etc.).
• All adaptations need to be approved beforehand as described in our process.

Legal and Trademark Considerations

• Our logo and brand elements are significant to us. We ask that you use them respectfully.
• For external entities wishing to use our branding, please seek permission. Unauthorised use will be addressed according to our policy.

MYSverse Media Guidelines

If you are a media organisation within MYSverse that reports on virtual events taking place in our fictional universe, it is essential to maintain a degree of separation and avoiding confusion with real-life entities by following our media guidelines document, which can be found on Google Docs below:
